· Lessons Learned
Real-world challenges & adaptations.
We treat every feeding circuit like a small operations lab. Here are the three biggest lessons from the pilot that have already reshaped how we work.
01
Behavioral Trust
Proximity to food doesn’t immediately equal trust. We now practice Passive Feeding — giving animals space to eat without human pressure.
02
Resource Optimization
We pivoted from retail-cut meat to sawdust meat — dramatically lowering cost per meal so the same budget reaches more strays.
03
Equipment Evolution
Day 1 was banana-leaf plates. We’ve since designed a Mobile Feeding Kit with portable sanitation and durable serving solutions.
