01
Our Mission & Advocacy
Is this a local or global organization?
While our field work currently targets specific areas, we are an international movement seeking global support and donors to scale our impact.
Why do you advocate for "Adopt, Don't Shop"?
We believe in rewriting the narrative for animals currently on the street. By choosing adoption over commercial breeding, we reduce the demand that leads to overpopulation and give a second chance to a life that already exists.
What is your long-term goal beyond feeding?
Feeding is just Phase 1. Our roadmap includes expanding into medical advocacy, community education, and eventually establishing a sanctuary that provides a safe haven for those who have nowhere else to go.
How do you address the root causes of stray overpopulation?
Beyond immediate relief, we believe in long-term prevention through education and awareness. By teaching communities about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering, we aim to create a future where fewer animals find themselves on the streets.
How does Noble Tails fit into Sugbo Strays?
Noble Tails is our official international entity and global storefront. They handle the complex logistics of international merchandise and support. Through this partnership, Sugbo Strays receives 75% of all profits, directly funding our "Ground Zero" field work.
02
Getting Involved
How can I get involved or volunteer?
We are a "mix of everything" collective — students, professionals, and parents are all welcome. You can help by assisting our team at "Ground Zero," creating content, or helping with logistics.
I am not in the area — how can I help?
Global supporters can become Digital Advocates by sharing stories from our journal to turn "invisible" animals into individuals known worldwide.
How can I adopt through your organization?
While we don't have a physical building yet, we act as a bridge for the strays we encounter during feedings. If you connect with an animal featured in our journal, reach out and we will guide you through the adoption process.
Do I need to be an expert or a pet owner to join?
No. You don't need a specific title or a pet of your own; if you have the heart to help those who cannot ask for it, you belong in our circle.
03
Financial Transparency
Where does my money go?
We practice radical transparency. Your support directly funds the Full Belly Project — covering fresh food and the logistics of field operations — with the remainder supporting our long-term roadmap.
How do I know my donation is being used correctly?
You deserve to know your impact. We provide detailed financial reports and project updates through our Impact & Annual Reports to ensure total accountability.
How is the organization funded?
Our movement is powered by a mix of individual donors, global supporters, and corporate partners who share our vision for animal welfare.
Can my company or brand partner with you?
Yes. We love collaborating with organizations that align with our values and offer various partnership tiers to directly sponsor specific projects.
04
How to Support
How do I donate?
We make it easy for our global and local community to contribute via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or GCash through our secure donation portal.
Can I donate supplies instead of money?
Absolutely. We welcome tangible support like high-quality food, medical supplies, or blankets.
Can I dedicate a donation to a specific animal or person?
Yes. You can choose to make a "tribute donation" in honor of a loved one or a specific stray or foster home.
05
Field Operations & Impact
How do you measure success?
We track success through tangible metrics: the number of consistent feedings provided, the health improvements of the animals we monitor, and the successful adoptions we facilitate.
What happens if a stray needs medical attention during a feeding?
Our team assesses the situation immediately. While our current focus is nutrition, we work to coordinate with local veterinary partners to get critically injured or sick animals the help they need.
How do you ensure the safety of your volunteers in the field?
Safety is a priority. We provide basic training on animal behavior and ensure that feeding sessions are conducted in pairs or groups.
What kind of information can I find in the Strays' Journal?
The journal is a hub for project updates, practical education on animal care and advocacy, and the stories that turn invisible animals into individuals known and protected.
