· Meet the Collective
A mix of everything.
We aren’t just a team; we are a “mix of everything” unified by a shared heartbeat. We’ve come together to ensure no animal has to carry their weight alone.

Vision Architect & Founder
Phoebe Ruth Tabo
Phoebe is the brain behind the movement, the one who looked at the “work, sleep, repeat” cycle and decided there was a more compassionate way to live. As the original spark for Sugbo Strays, she focuses on the high-level structure and roadmap that turns big dreams into a sustainable reality.

The Practical Dreamer · COO
Lourdes Maglinte
Lourdes is the force that realizes the ideas, taking our vision and grounding it in reality. She handles the heavy lifting of procurement and logistics, ensuring we have exactly what we need to make an impact. Her album Ruin the Party is a must-listen on Spotify.

Compassion Chief Officer
Dyesebel “Bel” Ramos
Bel is our heart at Ground Zero. She has been a “Quiet Hero” since she was 15, when she used her school allowance to buy dog food instead of snacks. Today she’s still in the field, cooking fresh meals and finding the animals who need us most.

Storyteller & Field Support
Gemar Mary Rose
Gemar is the creative lens behind our movement. She is the one capturing the content that turns “invisible” animals into individuals through our Strays’ Journal. A true advocate for “Adopt, Don’t Shop,” Gemar lives her values every day.
